We do however have a set of terms and conditions that need to be adhered to in order to maintain your account in good status with Pollsetup. 1. By creating an account with Pollsetup.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as outlined herein below.
2. It is forbidden to make use of our service for any site related either directly or indirectly to: racism/adult/pornographic/hate/illegal software/Warez/illegal MP3/violence or sites that we have assessed to be inappropriate.

5. Pollsetup.com will not be held liable or accountable for any errors, damage, loss of information or any other issues that may arise from the user of our services. By agreeing to the terms and conditions set herein you hereby indemnify Pollsetup.com from any legal liabilities.
6. Our service here at PollSetup is supported by the advertisements included in each poll that is created by it's members. Removal of any such advertisements is grounds for immediate poll suspension. Should you remove the advertisement at the bottom of the poll and our spider detects a situation as such your poll will be automatically suspended.
7. RESTRICTIONS ON CONTENT
Any polls you create using the Pollsetup service should not contain or promote any of the following mentioned:

- • Hatred
- • Harassment
- • Adult content
- • Obscene material
- • Nudity or pornography
- • Piracy, hacking, viruses, worms, or warez
- • Any illegal content
8. Any attempts to compromise the security and integrity of Pollsetup.com will result in immediate account cancellation.
9. Pollsetup.com reserves the right to close the site and service at any time without any prior notice to it's members.
10. We reserve the right to reject newly created accounts or close existing accounts at our discretion.
11. Polls that are setup within our system that have been inactive for a period of 30 days will be purged from our system and permanently deleted.
12. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions as set herein within this page at any point without any consent or notice to our members. To ensure that you are kept up to date we suggest visiting this page every once in a while for any changes.
